Newman Restoration & Cleaning responded to my urgent concerns immediately. The company took every step necessary to clean-up the extensive damage to my home due to a frozen pipe rupture. Water damage has potential to become toxic. The air scrubbers were incredible and with three of those machines running the air became safe. I was in the house throughout the process and the crew was kind, professional, and diligent. I highly recommend and trust this company

Had my chimney cleaned today the gentleman showed up on time and were professional! They took care to protect my property, very impressed with these young men. My wood stove and chimney look brand new. They made sure to let me know about caring for my wood stove and definitely were knowledgeable about what they were doing. I will use this company again! Thank you for a great job!

DO NOT USE - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM. If I could give a 0 star, I would. This team went into our unit with the sign off to only heat up the moist area where we had a water leak. While in our unit, they found mold. Rather than pausing the project to contact us to let us know what they had found, provide proof of mold to us and go over best next step; the team ripped out drywall, insulation, flooring and partition walls without notification or consent. In addition, when we were able to connect they only provided one option in moving forward that would have resulted in an additional $5,000 in spend. NOT TO MENTION, the owner ANDREW added the pressure for us to make a decision because he had left an air purifier in our unit that was costing us $75 a day.. Again, no consent and no alternatives. After we fired them from the project, we had another mold mitigation team come in and say the work that Newman had done and were proposing to do was overkill. We also learned that they have a reputation in this area for quoting low and then walking out with 3x as much what was quoted. DO NOT USE THEM. PERIOD.

I purchased a used car that unfortunately had a very heavy perfume scent in it. It was all over the drivers seat and seat belt. After going to numerous auto detailing places who didn’t have a solution for me, I was finally recommended the Ozone treatment at Newman Restoration. Since it’s an overnight treatment they were able to get me in right away! The treatment helped tremendously and got almost all of the perfume scent out. They even offered to do the treatment a second time, which was free of charge. I’m so happy with the outcome and my car smells almost like new. They were awesome to do business with and offer not only great treatments but also amazing customer service. I highly recommend them, thank you Newman Restoration!

Newman came out to a bunch of our client’s homes in Big Sky and did dryer vent cleanings and some carpet stain removal. The process to get them there was a so easy and the work was top notch. They showed up and efficiently did what we needed. I’ve used Newman several times in Billings and Big Sky for personal and business needs and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
